Brief Guide for Teachers / Employers
LCEBA has created an informative toolkit designed to assist schools and employers build mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
The guide is primarily sponsored by the DFES. After much investigation and communication with teachers and employers a need was identified for a toolkit which highlights good practice and contains relevant examples.
The toolkit has two parts, one section is aimed at schools to assist in understanding how to contact employers and build a valuable relationship while the second part does the same for an employer. Teachers, Employers and education-focused organisations came together to work on this project which provides valuable insight into the ways that they can support one another.
