Special meeting on Thursday 30 March

Healthcare employers are invited to a special meeting on the topic
Skills for Employment: Meeting Your Needs.

In particular, we are inviting employers to get involved in developing the curriculum of the new Healthcare Diploma for 14-19 year olds, due to be launched in 2008, so that the qualification is as relevant as possible to your needs.

Employers in the healthcare sector often struggle to find young people with the skills they need. This meeting will look at how employers can work with schools and colleges to do something about it.

The meeting takes place on Thursday 30 March at the offices of the British Medical Association, Tavistock Square, London WC1.

The event is hosted by the Business Club of London Central Education Business Alliance.

The event will explain current initiatives designed to equip young people with the skills and aptitudes needed by the healthcare sector.

For your invitation to the meeting, contact Kevin Simmonds on 020 7641 1301.
