Enterprise Awareness

"It made me think about what kind of skills I would need to get on in business"

Marcus Campbell Aged 11

What skills do you need to be an entrepreneur? How does a business work? What's it actually like to run one?

Just some of the topics tackled by our enterprise programme, offered in partnership with organisations including businessdynamics and Young Enterprise.

"Very exciting. Lots of participation from the children. After the session they were really enthusiastic"

Liz McQuaid, Teacher

To help young people learn about enterprise we offer:

  • Project Business - a one day programme run in schools by a business partner, to help students learn about marketing and product development
  • Practical workshops on topics such as management, finance, marketing and sales, design and development
  • Discussion forums for primary and secondary students, with real-life entrepreneurs and enjoyable activities.

If you're in business, share your skills and experience with the next generation of entrepreneurs. If you're a teacher, let us help you teach enterprise skills - now part of the national curriculum.
